The dissertation/thesis oral defense in this semester should be conducted in person, not virtually. However, if an examination committee member(s) has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has tested positive on a rapid test, the oral defense can be conducted via video conferencing. For this latter situation, please visit the “Prevention of COVID-19 Video Degree Examination Zone.
